  • I am a private registered home business located in Royal Oak, 1023, Auckland, NZ.

    Since I operate on a pickup-only basis, a complete address will be provided with your order confirmation.

  • Yes, you can order a custom cake!

    However, we require at least 1 weeks' notice for custom requests. Please note that custom cake bookings are not guaranteed, so to secure your cake right away, we recommend ordering one of our customisable preset cakes, which are confirmed immediately.

    Please note that I only work with buttercream for custom cakes. If you'd like to submit a custom cake request, please include the following details:

    • Event date
    • Number of servings needed
    • Preferred flavor
    • Design requests and colors

    You can refer to my vintage cake collection for available cake flavors, sizes, and shape options.

  • We accept orders within a 2-month window to help avoid changes or cancellations.

    Our orders automatically cut off at 12am, 3 days prior, unless we are fully booked. Our date selector will show our current availability when you place your order, ensuring a smooth booking process.

  • Order Changes and Cancellations Policy:

    • Order Changes: If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please contact us at least one week in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.

    • Cancellations: We require at least two weeks' notice for any order cancellations. Orders canceled within this time frame are eligible for an 80% refund.

    • Late Cancellations: Due to our limited availability, cancellations made after the two-week notice period will result in no refund, as these spots could have been filled by other potential customers.

  • All cakes can stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge before serving.

    To keep your cake fresh, store it in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove it and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours, though this may vary depending on your environment.

    Please do not move your cake once it has reached room temperature, as this may risk damaging it.

  • Store your Baby Bruce in the fridge in an airtight container.

  • Vintage cakes

    Baby Cake: Consists of x2 4" layers, each cake layer is between 1" - 1.2" thick. Recommended Servings: 2+

    Mini Cake: Consists of x2 6" layers, each cake layer is between 1" - 1.2" thick. Recommended Servings: 6+

    Standard Cake: Consists of x3 6" layers, each cake layer is between 1" - 1.2" thick. Recommended Servings: 10+

    Large Cake: Consists of x3 8" layers, each cake layer is between 1" - 1.2" thick. Recommended Servings: 16+

    Party Cake: Consists of x3 10" layers, each cake layer is between 1" - 1.2" thick. Recommended Servings: 25+

  • Our cakes contain dairy, soy, eggs, and gluten.

    Please note that we do not currently offer dairy-free, eggless, or vegan cake options. We apologise for any inconvenience!

    A full list of detailed ingredients can be provided upon request.

  • Once your order has been picked up or handed over for delivery, we cannot accept any responsibility. Please address any issues at the time of collection. We will not accept any refund requests for design once the cake has left the premises.

    Should a refund be requested due to the quality of the flavour, this will be determined once the order has been returned to our premises at the customer's expense to be examined. We will not refund consumed goods, including nationwide delivery.

Pickup/delivery

  • I do not offer personal delivery for cakes at this time. However, I gladly accept the Uber Delivery Package service!

    Many customers choose to organise an Uber delivery to collect their cakes. Let me know in advance when you’ll be arranging the collection, and I’ll be happy to hand it over to the driver for you. Please note that I am not liable for any damages that could occur during the delivery. 

    If you choose to use this service please note it down in the "Any Other Requests" section of your order.

  • Due to the fragile nature of our vintage cakes, they cannot be shipped. However, the only items we can ship are our Baby Bruce cake slices, which taste just as delicious!

  • If you have ordered a Baby Bruce cake slice for delivery, please note that we use a third-party courier service. Shipping options include overnight service for North Island orders and 1-2 day shipping for South Island orders.

    Please be aware that, according to NZ Post terms and conditions, “overnight” is only an estimate, and there may be potential delays. You will receive tracking information once your order has been picked up.

    In the event that your order is lost or stolen, we cannot take responsibility, and refunds will not be issued. It is at the customer's risk if the order is misplaced, as we cannot be held liable once your order has been dispatched from our premises.
